Description
This comedy is based on real events about tenants’ rights in 1983. When a Mafioso landlord threatens to throw them all out, the disparate characters in a midtown Manhattan brownstone band together to become a community.

Crew
The crew included set by Mark Marcante, costumes by Annie Simon, lights by Mike Kalmanowitz, sound by Jason T. Hurley and stage manager Brendan J. O’Brien with assistant stage manager Julia Baltz. The house manager was Francese Maingette, master carpenter Matt Angel, scenic artists Jessica Hart and Lytza Colon with graphic artist Alexis Camp.
