Description

J. Dolan Byrnes* brings the fearless Harry S Truman back to life in an intimate portrayal. Imagine, an honest American President! In contrast to recent events, Truman was a man of integrity, guts, and a fierce dedication to the great American experiment. We see him take us on a grand journey standing up to generals, unions, banks, big business, Joe McCarthy, and the KKK. This one actor, Equity Showcase Code production will be presented at the legendary Episcopal Actors Guild.

The Episcopal Actors Guild (EAG) at 1 East 29th St, NYC 10016 was established in 1923 and is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. EAG’s mission is to provide emergency aid and support to professional performers of al faiths and none who are undergoing financial crisis.
